Planning and preparing for the birth of your new baby is such an exciting time and choosing a doula can be an important part of obtaining the birth experience you want. My comprehensive services include the following:
- Unlimited phone and e-mail support (during daytime hours)
- 1-2 prenatal visits
- Four weeks of 24 hour on-call availability surrounding your due date (2 weeks before through 2 weeks after)
- Continuous support during labor/birth
- 1-2 hours of assistance immediately following the birth, including help establishing breastfeeding
- One postpartum visit
